What can I say about a kit computer which came with the "Special DEC Software License Requirement. All H11 purchasers will be required to fill out and sign a DEC license agreement prior to delivery of H11 orders. The license agreement form will be available at your Heathkit Electronic Center." To a kid in high school at the time, this sounded like a really big time computer stuff. :-) Besides, I always wanted to try building my own system though now I know it's probably better that I never did. At the time, I thought a system with a paper tape reader/punch was the ultimate, but hey, I was still using an ASR-33 to access the school's timesharing system. Still, I wouldn't mind having one of these "real" computers, so if you don't want your's any more, send it to me.
